DNS problem - account at 8-95.com is dead

I have one account at 8-95.com and it has just died.

I believe the DNS is incorrect, and I think DA buggered it up.

Here's what I see: (Note that I have changed the domain name here)

Code: 
mydomain.com IN NS ns2.mydomain.com.mydomain.com 14400s (04:00:00) 
mydomain.com IN NS ns1.mydomain.com.mydomain.com 14400s (04:00:00)
But I think they should be:
Code: 
mydomain IN NS ns2.mydomain 14400s (04:00:00) 
mydomain IN NS ns1.mydomain  14400s (04:00:00)
Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this? I've submitted a helpdesk ticket already, but their response time is aweful so I'm not expecting any help too quick.
