We've been DDoS attack these past few days on one of our main servers. We've been able to stop it...very well. However, sometimes users complain about not being able to access the site (due to them being blocked). Any ideas on how to handle this? Stopping the DDoS attacks are of course a priority...but keeping the users of our customer's web sites...is also a priority. The DDoS prevention is from TouchSupport and believe me they've done a nice job and practically wiped clean the attack with their software.
