Cpanel Fall OVer

Can anyone tell me how to set up 2 cpanel servers so that if one stops working then all trafic goes to the other server!

I dont want to use thridparty DNS?

Can i set the name server1 on the domian to the first server and the second name server for the domian to the nameserver on the second machine??
