Know of any outsourcing for mirrored backup server?

We want to get a mirroed backup system that will backup all of our servers (four total at this point).

This is what we need.....saw it on a hosting site:

"We create a mirrored server in our data center and load all of your data and applications onto that server. Each night, all of the data that changed on your Primary Server is copied over to the Mirrored Server. Should there ever be a disaster at your site, your users could be up and running instantly on the backup Mirrored Server while you get a new server up and working at your site."

Any outsourcing companies out there? Or do I just need to purchase a server and colo it somewhere? What kind of server?
