How to "reject" IPs from certain countries?

Hi there,

I recently opened up a free service site that exchanges hosting for ads on user sites.

I've noticed a big spike in foreign users signing up (mostly from the China area) and have began modifying their pages to remove my ads somehow. Users are also using my service to put up mirrors and gateway pages, which is not approved in my TOS.

Is there any way I can sort of ban IPs from these countries, so that whenever they visit my site, I can redirect them somewhere else?
