I'm doing some research regarding Anti-Virus solutions for the modern network virus. So if you have a free moment, could you please answer the following questions?
1. How do you define an outbreak?
2. Do you have a policy or set of guidelines that you follow in the event of a virus outbreak? If so, what is it?
3. When was the last time you ran into a significant outbreak? What happened? What did you do to contain/remedy the situation? What were some of the signicant problems you came up against?
4. What solutions do you currently use to protect your company against viruses?
