Weird Mac Mail (Panther) problem
We run WHM/cPanel on Linux servers. We have one customer who just can't connect to his POP3 mailboxes using Mac Mail (Panther) on his Mac. Email is working fine for all of the other accounts on the server. We have checked his configuration at his end and the POP and SMTP server names are configured correctly.
I have done some searches in WHT on this but have come up empty.
Does this ring any bells with anyone? Thanks in advance for your input!
