Does anyone know why receiving emails from a cPanel server is too slow? Using Exim-4.41-100_cpanel_stmpcontrol_antivirus_rewrite_mailman2_ maskedmailtrap_exiscan. Clients can surf www fast, they can send emails at normal speed, but receiving is a night mare. 1MB takes around 30 minutes even sometimes, it's received 200-300K then disconnected.
