How to install SSL Certificate on Windows box?

Im a TOTAL n00b at SSL certifcates to let you know. How do I go about installing a SSL Cert. onto a windows box? I will be securing the program metacart (e-commerce). Im also going to buy the SSL Cert. from registerfly.com
