Site issues..Where is the problem?
A hosted site becomes unavailable to it's owner.
The server is not down, the user's internet connection appears otherwise fine. User can view other sites on the same server. Sites usually become available again within a few days without user intervention.
Site is Not pingable from user's PC.
Same results are reported from other PCs in user's area.
User's ISP claims no issues on their end.
Ideas?
Site: Edited (some adult content maybe)
DNS issue? (no changes in several months)
Host issues? (server is stable otherwise)
User issue? (no other sites seem to have this problem)
Any advice would be great.. I want to know who I should be talking to to get to the bottom of this issue.
