why am I not getting high score on dnsstuff.com?

How can I make the secondary nameserver response? everything on the server is working fine.

How can I disallow recursive lookups? I have only one server?

How can I improve the score?

Server:
2.8GHZ, 1GB RAM, Free BSD , w cpanel
