Urchin on Windows Server 2003: IIS Log Files Growing Too Quickly - Drive Going Mad!

On a Windows 2003 server I own, I host a popular web site. As a result, the W3C log files grow at about 500kb/sec. I've tweaked the logging options down to the bare minimum I need for Urchin - now it's at about 150-200kb/sec.

Space isn't much of an issue, I don't mind deleting log files on a weekly basis. The problem is hard drive activity. By default, Windows Server 2003 will write to the log file every 64k. This is causing the hard drive to slow down, which in turn is causing our database reading speeds to slow down.

I know there's a registry entry called LogBufferSize, but that won't go any higher than 64k. Does anyone know a solution to this? I'd like to get the buffer to a few mb or so at the very least.
