I've visited sites that will only allow you to make a few downloads at a time. When you try to download too many items at once the "Save As" download window just waits for the other downloads to complete before becoming active.
Does anyone know how this effect is achieved? Is it perhaps an apache directive? I have a site that I would like to limit users from making more than two simultaneous downloads if possible.
