Ram Usage Very High

Hi. My server is a 400mhz p11 with 256mb of pc100 ram. The only traffic it has had was me because i'm still setting it up. For what it is doing now, the ram usage is very high. Here is a report:

total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 249 239 9 0 73 100
-/+ buffers/cache: 65 183
Swap: 376 0 376


Please help me configure it better so I have more free ram. I am running Apache, Vsftpd, Php, Perl, MySQL... on White Box Enterprise Linux. Thanks in advance.
