3ware + fedora + Directadmin

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and think of this as a wonderfull place to be 3ware + fedora + Directadmin I hope some of you can help me out with a little problem I have.

I have a webserver running Fedora core 1 with Directadmin installed. This server has one HD of 120 gb (sata).

I want to install a 3-Ware Escalade SATA RAID controlller in this server and also put another 120 gb HD in it to make it a RAID-1.
I'm not sure how to do this while keeping the downtime as low as possible.

- Can I put both of them on this controller and choose to mirror the new one?
- Or should I make a ghost of HD 1 with all the data on it, and set up the RAID-1 partition and put the ghost back on it? Will Fedora just "eat this"?
- Is there another better option on how to do this?

Thank you all in advance!
Kind Regards,
Billy
