Recommended cron-job software for Windows?

Can anyone recommend specific cron-job-management software for a Windows-based server (running XAMPP 1.4.5)? I would like any software package to automatically install itself as a Windows service.

I'm finding that the ControlPanel->"Scheduled Tasks" mechanism in Win2kAdvServer to be insufficient. Under Win2k, it only seems to let me have options to run the Task daily, weekly, monthly, one time, at startup, or at login. I need this sucker to run at least every 15 minutes for my various jobs.

Any suggestions?
