How many servers can a team provide "fully managed services" to?

Question:

1. How many servers can one person (who works really hard - 12 hours/day) provide "fully managed services" to, considering Linux servers with Cpanel?

2. How many servers can a team of 4 provide "fully managed services" to, considering Linux servers with Cpanel?

ok, lets start with definitions:

I've taken this from Liquid's website and seek answers based on this level of management & response time. Also I assume the team of 4 works in shifts & has about 2-3 years experience in Linux and 1 year with Cpanel.

"Managed Support
- Liquid Web's highly trained staff monitors your system services 24/7 to ensure service consistency and availability. If a problem is detected, our experienced and trained technicians get paged and incident response is nearly instantaneous, mitigating the impact of any service or hardware failure to the highest possible degree. As we own and operate our entire data center directly, we are able to respond quickly and efficiently to issues of any impact level. From simple software service failures to catastrophic hardware failures our on-site level 3 technicians are able to react without delay, 24 hours per day.

A large range of system software updates are handled for all clients. We update basic system software such as Apache and PHP upon request, perform security updates, as well as any other general system administration duties you may need. While a good working command line knowledge is useful, with Liquid Web, you may never need to log in through SSH again.

On average, our helpdesk tickets are answered in under 10 minutes, and our phones are answered in under 30 seconds."

For the poll bit, I assume a team of 4 and the 5 options to be:
1. 10-25
2. 26-50
3. 51-150
4. 151- 250
5. 250 +

-------------------------------------

PS: This question came to my mind when a ded. server reseller recently claimed that they managed 5000 servers - I think the real admin staff employed was not more than 10.
However, thats just the source of the idea & I dont want to have answers based on their level of management but based on being able to actually deliver delivering what Liquid web claims.
