Suppose I'm creating a new account in Cpanel where the all the DNS is correct and already pointing to the right IP before the account is created, for weeks actually. Shouldn't I be able to create the account, throw up an index page and see it? I've been getting that Cpanel default "no site configured...." page for some time. Is there some sort of propagation time involved? If not, what's the likely problem?
