Problems with whm/cpanel logon, please help.

I'm having problems logging on to my whm/cpanel it basically can't find the dns. But when i enter my server ip, i get my website. I've tried to restart whm/cpanel reboot my server, but i'm still can't logon to my whm/cpanl


I'm also getting email alerts from my server that says:

cpsrvd on server.mywebsite.com failed

What is the problem?
