Router

I have tried a few forums now, and havn't really gotten anywhere, so I'll give you guys a shot:

My host is surfspeedy.com, and I an unable to connect to my site in any way, unless I am using Internet Explorer, after some testing, I came to the conclusion that it is a router problem.

I have a linksys (non wireless) router, everything is factory default settings. Anyone know how to fix it so I can connect to my site?
