Problem with accounts

Hi
i have problem woth accounts on my new server
if i access to ftp i see al files,
but when i access to HTTP i see the main account files
main account - www.benis.co.il
file on main account - http://www.benis.co.il/misha.txt
all fine
---
new account - www.mishabenis.com
again benis.co.il files - http://www.mishabenis.com/misha.txt
this account is configuired as new account and not addon or parked domain.

another account - www.phpbbheb.com
again benis.co.il files - http://www.phpbbheb.com/misha.txt
this account is configuired as new account and not addon or parked domain.
on this account in FTP has a lot of files - 18 sub-folders on web folder.

what can be the problem ?
