VPS/VDS Software - OPenSource

Is there an OpenSource project that provides a VPS/VDS environment on a dedicated server?

We used to use Virtuozzo, but I have since sold the license pack and now I want a free version of some sort of VPS software for a project I'm playing with.

Is there one that exists? Couldn't scrounge up anything on Google...
