WHM Certificate Problems

So there I was, lurking in WHM with nothing to do and a server that refused to cause problems, what's a budding server admin to do? I promptly screwed things up, here's the abbreviated skinny for those who might be able to help:

1> I was mucking around with ssl certs but I have no idea exactly what I did.
2> Now whenever any client on the server tries to login to controlpanel or webmail they get two nasty warnings as follows:
#1 You have attempted to establish a connection with "domain1.com". However, the security certificate presented belongs to another domain [ed note: my main account]" etc.
#2 Some warning about an expired cert.

I don't see any way to delete these certs in WHM. My ultimate goal is to not use any third-party certs or have these crappy warnings but still have cpanel logins go through https. Is this possible? How do I clean this mess up exactly?

There looks like a nice feature that says "Reset Cpanel/WHM Certificate" but it warns me I installed a 3rd party cert and I have to use the "Change Cert" feature. The "Change Cert" page has no certs listed and "fetch" does nothing. So basically I'm lost.
