Why my apache is running under root?

Hello,

My apache behave strange today, after I have to reboot the server. Apache launch and run under root user.

There's only one instance of httpd is running under root user, others are running under apache user.

In my top stat there's only one instance of httpd running, under root.

Others are not showing... do you know what is it??? How to fix it???
