TAR help!! Would appreciate
Need help urgently with my site. Would appreciate it.
I need to untar files from my full site backup file. Its 6GB big. BUT I only need to untar new files that were added after we made the backup. So it must not overwrite the old files, just add the new ones that were deleted. We had some accident and some new files were deleted. So I only need to restore those new files from the tar avoding the files that are currently there.
Can you help out please if you have some expertise here?
