Inaccessible Boot Device
OS: Win2k Adv Server
Error Message: Inaccessible Boot Device
I was doin some downloading, got a memory dump message, system restarted, upon 2nd load message of windows, the system goes into bluescreen and says Inaccessible Boot device and the standard other stuff.
I was told I need to run the following commands in a windows prompt i beleive, chkdsk /f, fixmbr, fixboot but since I dont have access to a windows machine, and am currently running on a linux distro which runs off ram+cdrom i cant run these types of commands I beleive because this distro mounts itself.
Soo basically I need some help finding/fixing an ISO under 50mb I can burn to a CDR, due to the fact i dont have a floppy disk/drive. So bootdisk.com is useless as far as I know, I've tried looking into ultimate book disk but thats too big of a download at 130mb iso, 70mb zip.
Any help would be good so I can get back online and quit losing my data for a restart
