Problem in sending & recieving emails (need your help)

email accounts on the same server can send & receive emails to each other ...

But emails for all domains in the server facing problems in sending and recieving emails from outside accounts .. (accounts not on the server , i.e yahoo,hotmail,gmail ... etc.)

please help me .. what can I do ..

OS is RedHat 9.0 with CPanel
