Mirroring / sync cPanel email
Hello:First time poster here- done a lot of research on this great forum. I now offer hosting to my clients that I've done design/application work for. Its a nice bonus when trying get a proposal approved

I've been using vpscolo.com for two weeks. They rock so far.
ANYWAY
I am running a VPS account with WHM/cPanel (both current versions) (I have shell access, my own exim server etc etc). I have successfully transferred a hosting account on another cPanel (shared) server to my server. I now need to switch the DNS records to point to the new server.
Is there anyway I can mirror/sync the email coming into each host- to the "other" host?
I have about 20 email users on this account- scattered across the world.
I would like both inbox's (the old host & my new server) to contain the same mail so there is no miss direct of email via smpt servers or end users. That way no matter what, it does not matter what server the user check's their email on (or where the mail gets delivered) because they will be in sync.
I know that I can forward email from the old account to the new account, and then have the users do nothing but check email on the new account. But that requires that i change everyone's email settings to the new IP address at first, then Back to the domain name when the switch is done...and I would really like to avoid doing that. OR I dont change any user settings and the email will be delayed and funky for a few days, that I cannot do.
It is very important that there is no downtime for email, or delays...So this is my challenge.
Any advice? Is this possible?
Thanks a ton!
