What reason cause upload speed slow?
I just got a new VPS account,
and i had a big problem is the upload speed.
First I have cable connection in new york, the provider is eart*****.
the problem is whenever i uploaded oscommerce MS2 the whole package about 3MB, it took me around 10 - 15 minutes.
However, i uploaded the same package to my another reseller account a different hosting company, it only took me 3 minutes.
beside the two companies in the same datacenter.
What possible reason cause slow upload speed?
Upload max file size?
