frame redirection with .htaccess

Does anyone have an example i can use to achieve this. I'm after a script that will cause a redirection in a frame similar to what alot of hosts call "masked redirect".

I found an example here:

However i'm unsure whether the code works, and im not really experienced in htaccess to debug it properly.

Does anyone have some code or can confirm if this works?
