WHM/Cpanel taking quite a lot of server load?

I have a CentOS server with WHM/Cpanel (latest) and WHM/Cpanel taking quite a lot of server load.

When I access whm/cpanel, the server load increases by 0.20+,

The load increases further as I browse around the panel quickly, is this normal?
