How to set the clock in linux

The clock on my new server from NAC is off a few hours even though it's in the same physical timezone as me. It's really annoying because all my mail has the wrong timestamps on it.

I looked for files to edit and googled a bit and found this file but don't see anything needing change:

So it LOOKS like it's already the right time zone unless there's another file somewhere. The clock is a few hours ahead. How do I set it back? Thanks.
