How to import a very big MySQL database?

Recently one of my clients wants to import a MySQL database which is over 100MB.

Let's say he doesn't know much about php or mysql or whatever technics involved.

So what is the best way for him OR for me, to import the database for him?

I'm using WHM as a reseller, so I don't have the root access.
