I wonder if someone could help me regarding setting up a Dell 2450 server, I made a post earlier regarding setting up this server. having read a bit more about it on the Dell web site I am not sure I am going the correct way about setting it up. The server has three scsi hard drives all the same size, I want to set it up so the the data can be backed up to one or both of the other drives. It seems the server has a RAID controller installed, do I install Windows 2000 to one drive and then configure the copying of data to the other drives from within Win2k or is it configured at setup? I have no experience of RAID at all, what would be the best way of me installing this? I need to be sure that the data on my main drive is also backed up to another drive all the time.
