Server stalls on boot
So I have a dedicated server. I was part of the most recent ANz fiasco. I've since paid Managed for a month but wasn't really using the box. I went to pull off a bunch of old emails today and the server was unreachable.
I emailed support and I received this response. Hopefully someone here will have some idea about how to get my data back?

Upon re-boot, your server is stalled on an error message:
"mv: unable to move /var/log/kpsyms.2 to /var/log/kpsyms.3. Read-only file system"
"/proc not mounted. Failed to mount"
We can only recommend an OS restore and are unable to recover your data.
Please advise.
