billing.mydomain.com doesn't work

I have installed billing system to billing.mydomain.com (haven't used for production), then I bought SSL for it, issued for billing.mydomain.com.
I've installed it trough WHM, and it was succeed (no error on installation) until I found that https://billing.mydomains.com always go to my homepage (mydomain.com).

I assumed that I have done something wrong with the installation, maybe because of the url billing.mydomain.com has no IP assigned to it.

So, what should I do now?
