Problem w/ Kayako eSupport and Piping
Hello,We are having some difficulty w/ the parsing and piping features in Kayako eSupport v 2.2. We are trying to get email mailed to support@ to be picked up by the eSupport app.
We are using Win2k3, Helm and MailEnable.
Can anyone provide either documentation or help w/ the parsing and piping features of Kayako?
