WHM & SSL Installation
I generated the signing request and key, and received my certificates from Comodo. In WHM, I then clicked "Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain" and entered in the domain, username, IP, provided my domain certificate and key. Then I pressed "Do it" and it seemed to install alright.
I then went to the secure domain and I get an pop-up message with an exclamation beside the message which says, "The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. View the certificate to determine whether you want to trust the certifying authority."
I read up a bit and saw there was a bundle file I'm assuming I should have pasted in the additional box. So I went back and did the same thing - only I pasted the bundle file text into the ca bundle. I still receive the error message though.
I'm new to this - anyone know what I am doing wrong?

PS. I also notice the secure domain only seems to have a valid matching name under my domain name without the www.domainname. When I generated the SSL certificate in WHM, was I meant to place the "www." part in the host field if I wanted the secure domain to include the www.? I just assumed if I provided my domain name without the www., that it would still be secure with the www. part? This is not so?
