Yesterday I bought a new server with Plesk on it. One of my clients is Turkish and he has a forum in that language. On my old server there wasn't any problems and the Turkish characters showed correctly on the forum and websites. But on this new server (with Plesk) there is a problem. Some of the characters doesn't show correctly. There are strange signs in stead of the Turkish characters such as ö,ç,ü.
