SSL------> CA Root certificate is not trusted problem

I’m having a problem with the SSL certificate install on one of my client’s domains. The install goes fine and the lock comes up but I’m getting this error:

“This CA Root certificate is not trusted because it is not in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store”.

I’m doing this through WHM and the SSL cert is an Instant SSL Pro from Comodo.

Been tearing my hair out all day on this……….
Anyone have any suggestions?
