DNS Wizzardry

Hey all...I'm trying to setup an IRC server on separate computer to my webserver.. my this separate computer has a dynamic IP address.

How can i set irc.ineedhosting.net to point to my dyndns.org hostname on all ports?

My main webserver is running Linux Red Hat Enterprise 3 and WHM X v3.1.0/cPanel 9.9.0-C59.
