Gaming Server Voice Comms

I have my first gaming server set up. For voice communications we are using Ventrillo it's $12 dollars a month for a private 20 player server.
I have been looking around but can't seem to find any sutable voice comm software that I could install on a spare computer so as all our players could connect to and talk to one another while in game. Does anyone know of such software?
