Correct DNS settings for a domain (newbie)
Hi (this is my first post to the forum
I would like to ask you a basic question which you guys will probably find very easy to answer. That´s why I would be very glad if you could help me.
I have tried a search on this through Google and this forum but I haven´t find an easy answer for me:
Let me describe the problem:
I have registered the domain lysa.nl with a Czech registrar Ignum and I have signed up for webhosting with Solidinternet. The above address seems to work, but the mail service is wrong:
When I try to send an e-mail from my SI account, people receive it. However, when sending a mail to my address at SI, I sometimes do not get it. (With various error messages, one like this

217.31.49.23_does_not_like_recipient./Remote_host_said:_554_<jan.korista@lysa.nl>:_Recipient_address_rejected:_Relay_access_denied/Giving_up_on_217.31.49.23./
I think I have to change some of the DNS settings to make it work properly.
The current settings with my registrar are:
@ A 69.56.244.162
* CNAME ns3.solidinternet.com.
@ MX 10 mail.lysa.nl.
* CNAME ns3.solidinternet.com.
@ MX 10 mail.lysa.nl.
Are these corrrect? (I have sent them the account activation details from SI and they changed something for me.)
Or shall I also change something in the cpanel - DNS File MX Entry Maintenance, which currently reads as follows:
Current MX Entries
forum.lysa.nl:
lysa.nl: lysa.nl
forum.lysa.nl:
lysa.nl: lysa.nl
So far MY questions.
2. The registrar also ask me: (Tentative translation)

Try to ask your webhosting provider if there are any special records/settings (?) in DNS that enable the access to further services (e.g. the stats can be linked to another server...).
This applies if you want to keep DNS servers Ignum (=the name of their company). If you would like to change the DNS servers to your provider´s servers, please tell us about this.
I hope you can understand what they mean. (I do not )
I would appreciate anif you could please post concrete data how the settings should look like for me. (I have read several parts of texts dealing with DNS recently, but unfortunately they are not intended for beginners who do not want to study the subject extensively and do not have any previous knowledge.)
Thanks a lot.
Some data about my Account with SI which might be used in the settings are:
[QUOTE]NameServer 1: ns3.solidinternet.com (69.56.244.162)
NameServer 2: ns4.solidinternet.com (69.56.244.163)
...
Your Incoming Mail Server is: mail.lysa.nl
Your Outgoing mail Server is: mail.lysa.nl [QUOTE]
