Websites cannot be viewed & updated
when I try to view one of the website from my network,
it appears error message like this:

But I can view this website okay from a nearby cyber cafe. The hosting company based in the US told me they can view this website without any problem.
They suggested me to view it from http://proxify.net

The problem for the second website is, no matter how many times
I try to update the website, the old page is always there.
I already refresh cache many times from IE's Internet Options.
Now I put these 2 websites on 3 free hosts, I can view and edit
both websites without any problems in these 3 free hosts.
Any of you know what the problem is? Thank you
