SQL CodePage (Order by) Settings
I have next question:
I got VPS with plesk and root access
I need to set up SQL so default encoding will be win1251 (cp-1251)
I need it so order by will be correct for Russian language
How can I do it ? (I have 3.somthing sql on server)
