DNS issues for my resellers

I am having issues setting up dns properly for my resellers. They do register their IP addresses with their accounts working one day and not the next well sometimes hourly. Sites to look at for reference. Problems discovered from www.dnsreport.com

I figured out how to change the SOA refresh and Expiration it just hasn't updated yet from what I see. However the other stuff I have no idea how to fix can anyone give me some insite on this. I am not real good with dns issues so you will have to spell it out on how exactly to do what I need to do.
