Rename/Transfer/Modify domain in WHM
We have a reseller account and we are using WHM.
If one of the domains hosted in our reseller account is abc.com, and this abc.com has several add-on domains on it, how can we rename/transfer abc.com to xyz.com?
We tried to rename the abc.com domain to xyz.com domain at WHM -> Modify an Account, but this didn't work.
When we had tried to rename in the same way another account it had worked. Could the add-on domains be the reason it didn't work with this one?
How can we rename/transfer this?
