Global.asax security issues

After a chat with my host, I've a feeling he has not setup my account on a virtual directory and he is sharing Global.asax file for all accounts on his server.

I'm not sure, but I think sharing Global.asax file for all accounts on the server is not safe.

1. Is there a way to check whether Global.asax file is shared for all accounts on the server?

2. What are security issue with Global.asax file is shared for all accounts on the server?
