ftp doesn´t connect repently

Hi, I´m trying to ftp my site, and it says me:

Status: Connected
Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Command: PWD
Response: 257 "/" is your current location
Command: PORT 80,103,97,186,5,233
Response: 200 PORT command successful
Command: TYPE A
Response: 200 TYPE is now ASCII
Command: LIST
Error: Timeout detected!
Error: Could not retrieve directory listing
I´ve used this ftp account for months, and it doesn´t work today.
I´ve tried passive/not passive mode, I´ve tried a few different ftp client, and I don´t have any firewall installed

anybody can help me please?
