Dual Xeon 2GB RAM+ATA vs 4GB RAM+SCSI

I'm interested about your opinion on this.

If you would have to decide between these two configurations which one would you choose as the faster one?

Dual Xeon 2,8Ghz, 4GB RAM, 2 x 120GB ATA drives

or Dual Xeon 2,8Ghz, 2GB RAM, 2 x 73GB SCSI drives

I know that SCSI is faster but additional 2GB RAM should cache a lot of data.

BTW: both configurations would work as web hosting servers running cpanel.
